    Responsibilities

    • Research and manage knowledge around system building concepts, technical architecture and application quality assurance.
    • Gather business requirements from product manager and translate into systemic requirements and detailed functional designs for major project application components
    • Define work items to identify and implement functional requirements that address current business systems gaps/issues
    • Ensure completeness and feasibility of functional specifications in close connection with test teams
    • Assist project management with articulation of work level and end users have understanding of design approach and system functionality
    • Estimating order of magnitude, and identifying resource requirements

    Requirements

    • Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
    • 5 years of experience in solving unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business
    • Requires advanced to expert level knowledge and understanding of architecture, application systems design and integration.
    • Anticipates internal and or external business challenges and/or regulatory issues; recommends process, product or service improvements
    • Relevant experience in multiple IT area is a plus.
    • Contributes to the development of functional strategy

    Short description

    Provides support for complex issues via internal company phone system and desk phones and for Systems Administration on local servers. 

    Responsibilities

    • Assists customers with all areas of LAN applications. Upgrades, repairs, patches and rebuilds laptop and desktop computers as necessary.
    • Sets up new accounts for internal customers, and resets passwords when necessary. Installs Company approved software applications as needed.
    • Troubleshoots system and maintains call recording equipment.
    • Provides backup to local Systems including troubleshooting of server applications, and working issues as assigned.
    • Repairs or replaces user and agent in call center as needed..
    • Creates and maintains all installation instructions for software applications.

    Requirements

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with employees and customers at all levels.
    • Working knowledge of past and current versions of MS Windows and Server Operating Systems.
    • Working knowledge of computer systems to provide troubleshooting and support.
    • Working knowledge of networks, and networked printers.
    • Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
